FSA-200 is a high-purity, hydrophilic fumed silica rheology control additive with a specific surface area of approximately 200 m²/g. It is universally applicable across a wide range of coating systems, delivering excellent thickening efficiency, outstanding dispersibility, and reliable anti-settling and anti-sagging performance. Its fine particle structure contributes to improved corrosion resistance and overall formulation stability.

FSA-200 is particularly well suited for:
General industrial coatings requiring reliable rheology control
Wood coatings for stable viscosity and sag resistance
Powder coatings for improved flow behavior
Plastic coatings demanding consistent dispersion
Adhesives and sealants needing balanced thixotropy, bead stability and anti-sag
Silicone rubber (HTV / RTV-2K) for rheology/reinforcement and processing control
Printing inks requiring rheology control and improved stability
Cable compounds and cable gels for structure build and stabilization
Unsaturated polyester resins, laminating resins and gel coats for thixotropy and anti-sag
Plant protection formulations needing suspension stability and rheology control
Cosmetics as a rheology modifier (application-dependent)
Powder flow / anti-caking to improve free-flow and reduce caking of powders
